I love fishing at harvey bay! whiting,bream, flathead and other fish. We watched a guy land a 40kg tuna. Thought it was shark at first! lol. but a 40kg tuna instead. and off the jetty. everyone else on the jetty only caught hering, few bream and bait fish. i fished the beach and got bam in the middle if a school of whiting. Anyway cheers. have fun fishing!

if you try hervey bay just a short drive from brisbane you will find in the cooler months plenty of good quality diver whiting burly
